Patridge appeared in The Hills, playing Conrad's friend and Montag's roommate. She was employed by Epic Records from the second through the fifth season. On May 28, 2009, she made it clear on an On Air interview with Ryan Seacrest in May that she would be leaving The Hills and starring in her own documentary about her life away from The Hills.
